This flyer is designed to help non-Japanese residents understand TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) activities and the concept of “Sakura Cats.”
- What are “Sakura Cats”? Cats that have been spayed or neutered. Their ears are clipped in the shape of a cherry blossom petal as a sign that they have received surgery.
- Rules for Feeding (Feeding Etiquette):
- Set up outdoor litter boxes.
- No overnight feeding (Clean up immediately).
- Feed only in permitted locations.

Hello! We are local volunteers looking after the neighborhood cats.

This V-shaped ear tip is a very important sign that the cat has been neutered.
